Four image panorama of the Marshall Point Lighthouse located in Port Clyde, ME.

Portland Head Light Sepia

Close up of the Portland head Light about 30 minutes before sunrise.  Post-processed with sepia tones.

Beavertail Lighthouse Panorama

Arrived early hoping for a sunset shot but the clouds were too thick over head.  This is a five-shot panorama view of the lighthouse:

Foggy Morning at Pemaquid

Foggy and misty morning at Pemaquid Lighthouse in Maine.  No sunrise ever occurred but the twilight blue with the lighthouse beaming looked moody:

Cloudy Morning at Portland Head

Four image, long exposure panorama of the Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth, ME.  Cloudy weather ruined the sunrise but set up a moody shot:

Portland Head Stormy Weather

No sunrise because of bad weather but waves were bigger than usual:

George Washington Bridge

This is a 99 second exposure of the George Washington Bridge.  Taken just before sunrise from a park in Fort Lee, NJ.

Paul and Michelle’s Photo Shoot in Brooklyn

Michelle and Paul just recently got engaged and wanted some photos to mark the occasion.  So Igor and I got volunteered to try and be creative.  Luckily Igor has some experience in lighting and poses. Verrazano Sunset

Caught a brilliant sunset behind the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in New York.  Taken from the Brooklyn side in a park long side the Belt Parkway.

Verrazano Sun Flare

HDR image of the sun setting behind the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, taken from the Brooklyn side.

Milky Way on the Hudson

Clouds disappeared as we arrived for a NYC night shot with the moon.  But with the way the city lights sparkled in the clear night, it reminded me of an image of the Milky Way.

Fiery Dawn in Manhattan

Early morning rain clouds allowed the sun to peek through at dawn.  Just in time to light up  the clouds behind Manhattan with a nice glow.

September 11th, 2014

Long exposure image of the September 11th Tribute in Lights in Manhattan.  Image was taken from up on the Manhattan Bridge.  Was a great view from up there and plenty of photographers showed up that night.

Evening Downtown

Used a 10-stop filter during sunset to grab this long exposure image of downtown Manhattan.  Process with sepia tones.

City Lights

Long exposure image of downtown Manhattan taken from across the river near the Brooklyn piers.  Can see the twilight sky behind the clouds.

Rainy Morning in Manhattan

Woke up early for an attempt at a sunrise shot before open hockey at the Union Sports Arena.  Weather didn’t cooperate and failed to give me the clouds I wanted.  But it was eerily calm that morning and it set up a nice reflection on the Hudson for a long exposure:

Beavertail Lighthouse at Sunrise

Another long exposure image of the Beavertail Lighthouse taken just after sunrise at the Beavertail State park in Rhode Island. Used a 10-stop neutral density filter to help achieve this 60 sec exposure.

Beavertail Lighthouse at Dawn

This is a low angle view of the Beavertail Lighthouse taken just before sunrise at Beavertail State park in Rhode Island.  Used a mini-tripod and a 10-stop neutral density filter to help achieve the low angle and the 158 second exposure.
